This scaffold consisted of, 4 elevations of scaffold which was fully boarded with ladder access.
Debris netting was fitted to all sides of the building, with monarflex sheeting from the roof to the eaves level.
It included:

A full temporary roof cover

Haki staircase to all lift levels

Hoist Tower inclosure for a 500k hoist with gates fitted at ground level and top boarded lift level.

Single storey scaffold to garage and work shop building, to change roof.

One of our long standing clients are advertising giant, JCDecaux.
We provide safety scaffolding so they can remove the old tired and dated advertising boards and replace them with updated digital ones.
We have provided this service in a number of locations, some with restricted access, limited space and under tight deadlines.

Work on this project started in 2017, but was sadly delayed due to client contractual issues.
The scaffold design consists of all elevations, fully boarded, a pedestrian splash fan and a full temporary roof cover.
Half the the build has now progressed to demolition phase.
With 4x crashdeck scaffolds which were built to design, to the floor levels and the external scaffold has been adapted for demolition works.
Internal hoist tower was erected for the removal of all the debris.
Traditional staircase scaffold staircase to the rear with additional haki staircase to the remaining floors and handrails to all floor levels.
With the project now moving forward. The scaffold will have a new build phase to the full height with a new temporary roof cover over the entire building, on the front of this project will be a loading gantry.
This project will be on going for the next 2 years.

This particular project was completed in 4 visits.
3 visits for erecting the specified scaffold and 1 visit for the dismantling process.
On the first visit to site, we installed a full scaffold 1 lift high to the outer perimeter approximately 60m with a 4m loading bay and a full internal bird cage scaffold.
On the second visit we raised the scaffold for the second lift for the brick layers.
Our third visit comprised of erecting the gable end, hop ups on both ends to complete the brick work and allow for a full roof fit out.
The fourth and final visit was to dismantle the scaffold and clear to from the site.
