A complex, phased refurbishment of a historic mixed-use Victorian property in one of London's most prominent locations. Works included full façade scaffolding, pavement and loading gantries maintaining safe pedestrian access from the station, bespoke parapet restraint solutions, internal and external heavy-duty lifting beams, and a full temporary roof — all designed and executed to structural specification.

CISRS Certified Operatives: All scaffolding is erected by CISRS cardholders to the approved design. Every structure is inspected, tagged and handed over with a full scaffold inspection record prior to use.
